DOE EERE issues Notice of Intent on behalf of FEMP

The Department of Energy Office of Energy Efficiency & Renewable Energy Federal Energy Management Program has issued a Notice of Intent to Issue a Funding Opportunity Announcement “Assisting Federal Facilities with Energy Conservation Technologies (AFFECT) 2017″.

The Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE), U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) intends to issue, on behalf of the Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP), a Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) titled “Assisting Federal Facilities with Energy Conservation Technologies (AFFECT) 2017” in November or December 2016.

No FOA applications will be accepted through this Notice.

The FOA will provide grants to federal agencies for projects in the following three topic areas: (1) Combined Heat and Power, (2) Renewable Energy, and (3) Energy Efficiency Deep Retrofits.

EERE will issue the FOA via the EERE Exchange website. If applicants wish to receive official notifications and information from EERE regarding this FOA, they should register in EERE Exchange. When the FOA is released, applications will be accepted only through EERE Exchange.
