Experiences Building a European Style Hot Water Campus District Energy System in North America

Summary

This past summer, Sheridan College constructed two new hot water district energy systems simultaneously at two different campuses. By designing and supervising the work to European standards developed over the last 50 years in Scandinavian countries, Sheridan has laid a foundation for future energy security, efficiency, and carbon emission reductions.
