The International District Energy Association is pleased to offer the Call for Presentations for the technical conference program of our CampusEnergy2018 Conference – “Sharing Solutions, Sustaining Our Future” – taking place March 5 - 9, 2018 in Baltimore, MD.

District Energy/CHP systems form the backbone of efficient, resilient and sustainable energy infrastructure for cities, communities, campuses, hospitals, airports and military bases around the globe. Underpinning the historical operational success of district energy systems is continuous improvement in systems design and optimization, innovations in control technologies and robust peer exchange sharing innovative and proven solutions.

Managing growth and providing resiliency for critical buildings, without increasing the energy use and greenhouse gas footprint, requires creative solutions that leverage energy and water efficiency, fuel flexibility and integration of renewables. Meeting sustainability goals involves coordinating thoughtful energy master planning with campus capital plans. Our campuses offer many best practices for a more sustainable future.

Presentations should aim to reinforce the conference theme: Sharing Solutions, Sustaining Our Future.
