Summary

The presentation uses two project examples to highlight key project design/implementation approaches that are helping to move modern biomass thermal and CHP systems into the mainstream. Key policy approaches at the state and federal levels moving these projects forward will also be highlighted. These implementation/policy approaches will be addressed as they relate to the various stages of project development, including: biomass conversion technology selection, system sizing, financing, construction, and operations.
