Request for Qualifications: New Energy Center- Bradley International Airport - Connecticut

The Connecticut Airport Authority (CAA) has issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to obtain statements of qualifications (Submittals) from firms or teams of firms interested in being considered for inclusion on a pre-qualified short-list for the permitting, design, construction and operation of a new Energy Center at Bradley International Airport, with the project to be completed under a progressive design/build/operate (DBO) contract.

Only the firms that are short-listed as a result of this RFQ will be eligible to submit proposals. Firms must be registered with the CAA’s procurement portal, (https://ctairports.procureware.com) to access the RFQ in its entirety.

CAA will conduct a mandatory meeting on February 5, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. (EST) in the Wellness Center Conference Room 334 Ella Grasso Turnpike, Suite 100, Windsor Locks, CT 06096. For firms unable to attend the meeting, the CAA will also host via webinar. Firms interested in participating via webinar must preregister no later than 1:00 p.m. (EST) February 3, 2020 by e-mailing procurement@ctairports.org to receive the link.

Submittals are due no later than 1:00 p.m. February 26, 2020 Eastern time. Submittals must be uploaded to https://ctairports.procureware.com. The official time is the procureware time indicator. No Submittals will be able to be posted after the time noted above. Submittals will not be publicly displayed. Questions concerning this RFQ are due no later than 1:00 p.m., February 12, 2020 Eastern time.
