JOB DESCRIPTION
The District Energy Business Development Manager, America, will drive the growth of BROEN BALLOMAX within the District Energy sector across the USA.
This pivotal role involves market analysis, trend identification, market size estimation, and sales forecasting.
The successful candidate will develop and execute robust sales strategies, identify partnership opportunities, and expand local sales channels while elevating brand awareness.
Key responsibilities include:
· Building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with strategic accounts and managing the entire account management process.
· Collaborating with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to optimize the product portfolio and determine ideal stock levels.
· Partnering with Marketing and Company Management to shape and implement effective communication strategies, including active participation in trade shows, conferences, workshops, and meetings.
· Coordinating with Inside Sales to ensure timely quotations and exceptional customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
We’re seeking candidates with 5-10 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
· Ball valve sales, either with manufacturers, distributors, or representatives.
· District Energy Utilities.
· District Energy Engineering Contractors.
· Pre-insulated piping companies.
A Mechanical Engineering degree is a plus.
We’re looking for a proactive, energetic, and self-driven individual with an organized and structured work approach.
Strong communication skills, a growth mindset, and the ability to travel up to 50% of the time are essential.
Although the position is remote, periodic travel to our Houston, TX office will be required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365) is necessary.
