Brailsford & Dunlavey (B&D), a national advisory and program management firm, today announced its acquisition of Fangman Associates, an established advisory firm specializing in district energy and infrastructure, led by industry executive Leslie Fangman.
The acquisition expands B&D’s capabilities in strategic energy planning, district energy, infrastructure delivery, and public-private partnerships (P3s), particularly for colleges and universities, municipalities, healthcare, port authorities and other mission-driven organizations confronting aging utility systems, decarbonization commitments, and increasingly complex capital decisions.
