IDEA is extending the Early-Bird registration deadline by one week—now through Wednesday, November 19. Hundreds have already registered for our most comprehensive program ever, and we’re pleased to give anyone who needs a little extra time the chance to lock in discounted rates. See you in D.C.!

Conference Only Registration

Includes all in-person main program conference sessions (Wednesday, February 18 and Thursday, February 19), including all meals, networking events, exhibit hall offered during the main program. It also includes access to main program conference recordings and handouts post-conference. All prices are USD.

Workshop Only Registration

Includes all workshop sessions*, breakfast and lunch on Tuesday, February 17, 2026. Attendees also have access to the opening reception in the exhibit hall Tuesday evening.

Student Registration

Full time students, not working in the district energy industry are invited to attend CampusEnergy2026. To qualify for the student rate you must be a full time student at a college, university, or training school, not currently working in the District Energy industry. You must register with a .edu address and provide a copy of your student ID. Please bring your student ID with you to the conference as IDs will be verified upon check in.

Spouse/Significant Other Registration

Spouse/Significant Other registration includes: Tuesday welcome reception in the exhibit hall; Breakfasts in the Exhibit Hall; Evening receptions in the exhibit hall.  Items cannot be purchased a la carte. There are no organized spouse tours for this conference. Registration does not include luncheons or conference technical content. All prices are USD.  

Government/Military Registration

Qualified government/military registrants will receive a 45% discount. You must contact IDEA to receive the discount code. Please make sure you qualify before contacting IDEA. 

To qualify for the government/military rate you must be active duty military personnel, an elected official, or employee of a federal, state or municipal agency or government body in a regulatory or policy for oversight role. If your organization is a "Government Agency" IDEA member, all registrants from your organization are eligible for this rate. 

Operations staff or third party personnel that operate a district energy system at a public university, military base or municipality are not eligible for this rate. Please note that government registrations are ineligible for the volume discount. 

IDEA Member Organizations registering 5 or more attendees at the same time are eligible for a group volume discount of 10%. Volume discounts are not available for exhibitor, additional exhibitor, or non-member registrations. A volume discount is available only for members of IDEA completing full conference registration and must be processed as one transaction (group registration). Once submitted, individual registrations are not eligible for a volume discount due to credit card processing and transaction fees. If using a discount code, please note that it will only work for one registration when completing a group registration. 

Exhibitor Registration

Each exhibiting company receives one complimentary full conference registration. Additional exhibitor badges can be purchased at $350 per person. 

Additional exhibit booth personnel registration is designated for exhibiting companies to add additional personnel to work the trade show booth at the event. This option is strictly limited to exhibiting company staff in the trade show exhibit hall and is not intended for non-exhibiting company attendees to pay to visit exhibitor booths.

Additional exhibitor registration includes all functions in the exhibit hall (receptions, breakfast, breaks, desserts). Registration does not include conference sessions. Workshops and luncheons are available for additional fees. All prices are USD.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received by Wednesday, December 3, 2025 can choose from two options:

• Receive full credit to use towards an IDEA event within one year.
• Refunded in full, less a $200 cancellation fee.

Cancellation requests received after December 3, 2025 will not be eligible to receive a refund or credit for future event.
