CampusEnergy2026 is expected to attract more than 1400 attendees, including hundreds of campus physical plant managers who maintain and upgrade the facilities at a college, university, airport or healthcare campus. 

The sold out trade show features the newest technology, equipment and best practices in the district energy industry, and IDEA encourages attendees to visit and meet with vendors and suppliers as much as possible by providing most food functions in the exhibit hall.

The IDEA Campus Energy Conference is widely recognized for its high-quality technical program and peer exchange, attracting campus engineering and utility professionals eager to solve problems and share solutions.

*Both exhibit fees must be paid by Oct 31, 2025 or individual conf. rates will apply.
Fee will increase by $100 if not paid by Oct 31, 2025.

Fee includes table top, plus one full registration. There is a separate fee for additional personnel who will only be working at the booth. If these personnel would like to attend technical sessions or luncheons, they must either register as a conference delegate or purchase meal tickets separately. (Exhibitor registration instructions will be sent to confirmed exhibitors in Dec. 2025).
