Biography
Mark currently manages the Thermal Engineering group of Citizens Energy Group, Indianapolis. Over the past 16 years, he has responsibility for all aspects of budget, design, and construction of engineering projects related to the operation, maintenance, and support of Citizens’ steam and chilled water plants and associated thermal distribution systems. During that time, he also spent 5 years providing asset management and technical support services to Citizens’ three other utility businesses and four engineering departments. Prior to joining Citizens, Mark worked over 10 years as a Steam Distribution and Plant Engineer for Indianapolis Power & Light Company.
