In this session, we will expand outside of just integrating traditional renewable technologies at the district cooling plant and dive deep into how such customers could benefit from the growing pool of renewable energy procurement options including Virtual Power Purchase Agreements (VPPA). Attendees will learn how to create a holistic renewable energy plan, key considerations and requirements to maximize impact of renewable procurement.

Beau is responsible for executive-level energy account support, including recommending physical/financial purchasing strategies, demand-side management, renewable energy and sustainability improvement opportunities. He has held a variety of positions in Business Development, Consulting, Mergers & Acquisitions, Sales, Management, Trading, Startup Commercialization and Sustainability. at public and private energy corporations.

Beau is a Certified Energy Manager and Energy Procurement Professional. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in History from University of Central Missouri and an MBA with emphasis in Finance from Rockhurst University Helzberg School of Management.
