Neelraj Sambasivam is Product Manager for large tonnage chillers in Johnson Controls Middle East. He graduated in mechanical engineering and did his master’s in business administration. He is working with Johnson Controls for last 11 years. He received Innovation Award for Creativity from Johnson Control CEO in the year of 2010. In addition to large tonnage chiller product management, he also handles the modular chiller product line. Recently, he delivered three water cooled variable speed chiller module for prominent customer in UAE. He likes teaching and teaches scratch programing to children over the weekends.


Kiran Waghmare – Application Engineer-Chillers

Kiran Waghmare is Application Engineer for large tonnage chillers in Johnson Controls for Middle East & Africa region. He graduated in mechanical engineering and did his master’s from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. He is working for chiller solutions from last 8 years. He has a research papers on his names in the prominent publications like ASME proceedings. He loves to write in his free time.

Sanjay Repale is Product Manager, MEA P&D Chillers, Johnson Controls, Dubai. Sanjay has spent over 14 years working in Johnson Controls, primarily focused on supporting region with offering of products such as Modular plant solutions and chiller plant optimization. Early 2015, he started working on medium-voltage variable speed drives offerings for expanding York solution to aftermarket & in new project on centrifugal chillers specially designed for Middle and Africa region. In additional to above development activities, Sanjay closely worked with various local authority regulation body for implementing various requirements related to electrical and energy regulation requirements along with regional product team members.
