MRC Comments on NY's Order Adopting Regulatory Policy Framework and Implementation Plan

On May 1, 2015, the MRC filed comments on the New York Public Service Commission's Order Adopting Regulatory Policy Framework and Implementation Plan, in relation to the agency's NY REV initiative.
