MRC Summary of NY PSC REV Proceeding Recommendations

The Microgrid Resources Coalition (MRC) recently filed comments relating to the implementation and regulation of microgrids with the New York Public Service Commission in its Renewing the Energy Vision (REV) proceeding. Those comments are summarized in the attached document and provide useful guidance for reforming state utility regulation across the country.
