Request for Development Qualifications (RFDQ) On-Site Energy Generation for PIT

Statement of qualifications shall be submitted no later than 12:00 Noon EST on March 30, 2018 in the manner provided in the RFDQ documents.

The Allegheny County Airport Authority (ACAA) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from interested Developers qualified to enter into a long-term ground lease and Development Contract with the ACAA. The Developer will be evaluated on its qualifications to develop an onsite energy generation solution for the Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT).

Interested parties must call 412-472-3543, or 412-472-3535 or e-mail msimmeth@flypittsburgh.com or vculbreath@flypittsburgh.com and request an application to receive the RFDQ documents. Upon request an application will be e-mailed to the interested party. Upon e-mail receipt of the properly completed application a complete set of RFDQ documents will be e-mailed to the applicant. The Authority will keep a list of RFDQ document holders. This listing will be provided to all RFDQ document holders on a regular basis.
