On Friday, March 9, 2018, the seven RTOs and ISOs filed comments in response to FERC docket AD18-7-000 requesting information from each regional transmission organization (RTO) and independent system operator (ISO) concerning resiliency of the bulk-power system.  The attached comments represent the responses filed by New England ISO (ISO-NE), PJM, Midwest ISO (MISO), California ISO (CAISO), New York ISO (NYISO), Southwest Power Pool (SPP) and Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) with the Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT).
