09-28-2017 10:44

Summary

Burlington, Vermont is looking to increase energy resilience by optimizing local resources. Ever-Green worked with local leaders to develop an implementation plan to serve the University of Vermont and other customers with a more efficient system. The key to the project is utilization of the wood-fired McNeil Generating Station as a CHP hub, which could serve as a microgrid for the community. Ever-Green is working with community leadership to secure funding for the next phase.
