DOE issues “Energy Efficiency and Energy Security Benefits of District Energy” Report

In FY 2018, the Senate Appropriations Committee directed the US Department of Energy (DOE) “to collaborate with industry to submit a report to Congress… that assesses the potential energy efficiency and energy security gains to be realized with district energy systems.” The report can be read here.
