COVID-19 Health and Safety Guidelines

With regards to COVID-19 vaccination and testing requirements to travel into Canada, please consult Canada's COVID-19 Traveler Information page for the latest guidance.

As of today, Canada is requiring that all travelers to Canada be fully vaccinated (two shots Moderna or Pfizer, one shot J&J).
As you can expect, these requirements are subject to change and IDEA will continue to update you on any policy changes as they happen.

Proof of vaccination will be implemented through the ArriveCan app - click the link for more details on how to easily provide proof as you travel to Canada.

As of March 21st, masks are being lifted in the City of Toronto including the hotel. Masks will not be required.

Weather

What’s the weather like in Toronto in June?

In June, Toronto is seasonably mild, with only a handful of rainy days during the month. This makes it a good time of year to visit the city and enjoy all that it has to offer as there are up to 15 hours of daylight to enjoy.

In June, temperatures hover around 17ºC, with highs of 24ºC and lows of 11ºC overnight (that's average high of 75ºF  and an average low of 52ºF). We recommend packing a light jacket for the evening.

Attire

Attire for the conference sessions is business casual.  Speakers and panelists are advised to wear business attire.
