DQS Consulting Ltd (DQS) was incorporated in the UK in
2020. We are Cost Management, Quantity Surveying (Building Quantities) and
Commercial Contract Consultants within the renewable and district energy
market. We manage both Pre-construction activities and Project delivery
procurement, Contracts, Cost planning and Buying processes.
DQS was certified as a member of the UK District
Energy Association in 2021 and we aim to promote and advance the use of
district energy schemes and promote best practice in the delivery across the UK
and the world. We aid other parties to increase the viability of their local
energy networks, aid in expanding or upgrading existing systems or simply
provide expert resource to deliver a contract or project.
DQS is Part of the SA21 Group, this allows DQS to draw
upon its sister companies to provide Contract & Project management
specialists, Health and Safety and Schedule tracking into its offering.
Currently we are working on a five (5) District Heating networks, three (3)
Solar Farms and many other projects.
