Manage the operations and maintenance of nuclear and non-nuclear steam, diesel, and gas turbine plant power generation. Experienced Combined Heat and Power (CHP) and district energy manager, including all aspects of operations, preventive/predictive and reliability centered maintenance, as well as repairs and alterations. Seasoned manager and supervisor with experience in small and large scope industrial environments. Extensive experience in leadership, engineering management, team building, training, safety, and improving workplace processes. Additional experience and specialization in workforce training and performance improvement through human performance improvement and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
