Dirty surface & sub-surface waters can be inexpensively treated and recycled for potable, industrial and agricultural use using proven technologies (Combined Heat & Power, Membrane Filtration and Thermal Distillation) that use clean “primary”s energy - renewable grid power and clean burning natural gas. This presentation describes the linkage amongst proven unit operations, then pivots to economics and concludes with project development risks & mitigants.
