Tiffany Duncan is the Utility & Grid Solutions Sales Leader for North America. Tiffany has over 10 years of experience in the HVAC and energy services industry with a focus on identifying innovative solutions and alternative funding mechanisms to drive high impact solutions for our customers. In her current role, Tiffany is responsible for leading the development and implementation of utility and ISO market solutions including demand response, peak load management, energy storage, and grid interactive projects to reduce the strain on the grid and aid in decarbonization and sustainability efforts on behalf of Trane’s customers.
Prior to taking this role in January of 2020, Tiffany spent nearly a decade leading the sales and marketing efforts for the public sector guaranteed energy contracting business in the Midwest. Her experience delivering large-scale complex energy and infrastructure projects in the MUSH market has provided a sound foundation to strategically integrate grid interactive and utility scale solutions which push beyond traditional energy conservation measures, and capture additional savings and revenue streams for our customers to capitalize on, while reducing their carbon footprint.
Tiffany is a graduate of the University of Missouri and holds a B.A. in Political Science and History and an M.A. in Marketing from Webster University. She enjoys running, golfing, coaching her daughter’s basketball team, spending time with her family and friends. She currently resides in St. Louis, Missouri with her husband Chris and three children Avery (8), Dylan (6) and Jack (4).
