PLEASE NOTE: IDEA does not use a hotel room booking agency. If you are contacted by someone (ie. Conventioneers, etc.) offering to book your guest room, be advised not to use them. Please contact IDEA if you are contacted by a booking agent so that we can address the issue directly.

Reservations must be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to your reservation arrival date to avoid a cancellation charge of one night’s room and tax. Reservations cancelled less than 72 hours of the arrival date will be subject to a no-show penalty of one night’s room and tax. 

PLEASE NOTE: This hotel is a cash-free environment and only accepts credit cards and debit cards. There will be a $75 per day hold placed on credit or debit cards at check-in for room, tax and incidentals.
