IDEA will communicate with attendees what protocols or safety guidelines will need to be followed onsite at the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center, if any, as we get closer to the event.

Grapevine is served by two (2) airports – Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) and Dallas Love Field (DAL).    Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) is an international airport with most airline carriers and is closest, and is located to the south of Grapevine. 

Dallas Love Field is serviced by Alaska Air, Delta and Southwest.
