CampusEnergy2023 will feature a packed exhibit hall, with 135 table-top exhibits. The hall is sold out. 

CampusEnergy2023 is expected to attract more than 1100 attendees, including hundreds of campus physical plant managers who maintain and upgrade the facilities at a college, university, airport or healthcare campus.

The IDEA Campus Energy Conference is widely recognized for its high-quality technical program and peer exchange, attracting campus engineering and utility professionals eager to solve problems and share solutions. This event provides you with direct access to district energy professionals in a relaxed atmosphere that is conducive to meeting with potential customers.

Exhibit space is SOLD OUT. 
If you wish to be placed on the wait list, return the completed exhibit contract to tanya.idea@districtenergy.org.

Companies that agree to exhibit at this conference and IDEA2023 in Chicago will receive a discounted price, if both exhibit fees are paid by Nov. 30, 2022. If not paid by Nov. 30, individual rates for each meeting will apply.

Also note that fees will increase $100 if not paid in full by Nov 1.

*Both exhibit fees must be paid by Nov. 30, 2022 or individual conf. rates will apply.
Fee will increase by $100 if not paid by Nov. 1, 2022.

Fee includes table top, plus one full registration. There is a separate fee for additional personnel who will only be working at the booth. If these personnel would like to attend technical sessions, luncheons, or dinner, they must either register as a conference delegate or purchase meal tickets separately. (Exhibitor registration instructions will be sent to confirmed exhibitors in Dec. 2022.).



Live Exhibit includes: In-person exhibit and online/virtual exhibit (during and 90 days after conf.), one full conference registration, draped back wall, 6’ draped table, one side chair, and a two-line identification sign. This is a table top exhibit not a full size booth.

Virtual exhibit includes: Online exhibit open during and 90 days after conference and discounted conference registration to participate online.
