Session Abstract

To be most productive, academic facilities require reliable energy. In 2020, the London District Catholic School Board’s John Paul II Catholic Secondary School in Ontario, Canada completed the implementation of an energy efficiency project and became the country’s first carbon neutral school. During this presentation, Mr. Jim Fonger will use the $9.7 million case study to illustrate how Energy as a Service (EaaS) can enable projects to reach fruition without the upfront capital investment.
