Session Abstract

Aging backup generation systems pose many issues for facilities. Many customers faced these issues as their systems became unreliable and increasingly difficult to support. RoviSys designed replacement control systems to maintain existing functionality while adding automation improvements. This presentation highlights how the replacement of obsolete, proprietary controls with modern, non-proprietary controls improves supportability and aids in integration with external systems such as SCADA and Balance of Plant controls.
