Session Abstract

The District Energy St. Paul Customer Portal easily connects customers to their energy data and account details. The platform provides customers with charting and comparison tools to help them analyze their energy trends, improve building efficiency and simply transfer data to Energy Star to meet the City’s benchmarking ordinance. Steve Rambeck from Ever-Green Energy will share highlights from the development process, portal features, back-end systems, and customer feedback.
