Session Abstract

AEI is working with Columbia to develop an energy master plan. AEI will evaluate pathways for decarbonizing Columbia’s thermal system in order to meet the University’s sustainability commitments, including:

-Complying with New York City’s Local Law 97 

-Achieving science-based, carbon budget and emission reductions targets aligned with a 1.5°C global temperature threshold

-Achieving zero net emissions by 2050.
