This project began as an idea thought up between the presenting team and has evolved several times and has worked through several program rounds, earning significant grant funding support for implementation. This presentation will cover lessons learned throughout the development cycle and provide an update on the current state of the project, phase one of which is scheduled to be in construction by Spring 2023.
