Session Abstract

Expanding on a Solid FoundationAmid disaster response and recovery at the Energy Plant from a June 2019 emergency event, Ashley Energy envisioned expanding on its solid foundation including opportunities to increase its client base and service offerings.  Ashley Energy engaged Burns & McDonnell to investigate providing district cooling services to clients in downtown St Louis.  A master plan evaluated options and provided a plan forward for proforma development and projected implementation beginning in 2021.
