Campuses across North America have adopted ambitious carbon neutrality goals. But getting an effective campus-wide decarbonization project off the ground – and then maintaining focus for the long term – is no easy feat. What are the must-haves to launch a coordinated program that will survive over time? Ruth Bennett, Director of Strategic Capital Programs at Tufts University, joined by JP Drouin, Director of Project Development at Ecosystem, will talk about the components of Tufts’ own carbon neutrality plan, from stakeholder engagement to procurement and finances.
