Summary

We will describe how the University of Texas-Austin developed a formal, mandatory, position specific test-based training and certification program with the help of Industrial Resources. Faced with high turnover, no formal training program and inconsistent safety programs IRI was contracted to develop this program in concert with operations and maintenance personnel.
