Session Abstract

Toronto is reaping the rewards of its ambitious Green Energy Standards. Buildings have become leaner in how and where they use energy. As improvements accelerate towards greening the supply of energy, the importance  of district energy adoption has become apparent. The developer’s early prioritization of involving district energy specialists in project development is critical. This hand-in-glove approach has resulted in innovative solutions that address developers concerns on this 250,000 sq.ft redevelopment site in Toronto.
