Session Abstract

UTHSC–SA partnered with utiliVisor to update and validate electrical consumption on its Greehey campus. utiliVisor’s scalable submetering platform documented operational baselines, provided insight into electrical usage, captured the effect of operational changes on consumption, established the true cost of the Center’s degree program, and streamlined utility reporting. Now shareholders have instant access to building electrical consumption characteristics (KPI watts/sq ft) and operators receive real-time alerts on anomalies and high/low usage periods.
