The Energy Services Acquisition Program is modernizing the district energy system in Canada’s National Capital. In this presentation, our speakers discuss the steps taken to incentivize architectural excellence, as well as the process of integrating environmental innovation and technological solutions into the Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
