Session Abstract

Exploring a variety of new sustainable solutions to reduce the carbon intensity of district energy systems and thermal energy generation. As case examples, NextEra Energy will highlight the Okeechobee Clean Energy Center Pilot Project that will produce green hydrogen from the sun to offset natural gas usage for a large combined cycle plant and how using Artificial Intelligence made a renewable-based microgrid possible at a Florida university.
