Session Abstract

SMU incorporated a “Top Tier” energy management goal in its campus modernization program. Initial investment in a smart campus foundation (data, tools and technology) was essential. SMU now proactively manages buildings and central utilities performance; energy consumption, supply and risk; and O&M by leveraging data, analytics, remote services, and CMMS integration. SMU is collaborative with peer universities on their continuous improvement journey. Learn how SMU is driving performance, cost reduction and labor efficiencies with data.
