CampusEnergy2024 There's an App for That!!
CampusEnergy2024 is finally here!

To stay up to date on everything that is happening onsite, IDEA has created a mobile app specifically to keep you informed. See below for everything you need to know about the CampusEnergy2024 Mobile App.
Should you need assistance or have questions about the conference, please visit us at the Registration Desk in the Yosemite Foyer.

How Do I Get the App?

  • Download the Cvent Events app in the App Store or Google Play Store. Once the app has been downloaded to your device, search for “CampusEnergy2024”. Or click the QR code below.

  • Click the download icon to the right of the campus logo and when prompted, enter your first name, last name and the email you registered for the conference with. You will then receive a verification code to log in (the verification code will be sent to your email address or cell phone, if you provided it during registration). Enter that code and you’re in!

  • Congratulations! You now have full access to view presentations, take session surveys, view the attendee list, and much more!

  • If you did not receive the verification code email, please visit the IDEA registration desk when you’re onsite, or email for assistance prior to the conference.

We also have a web-based version of the CampusEnergy2024 app here, making it easy to view on your laptop. 

What Can I Do With the App?

  • View session presentation PDFs and leave feedback with session surveys
  • Network and connect with other attendees
  • View the conference schedule including speakers, presentations, locations, set reminders, etc.
  • Meet our speakers - read bios, view their sessions, and bookmark your favorites!
  • Find your way around the conference with conference and exhibit hall maps
  • Win prizes when you play the CampusEnergy2024 Game!
  • View the attendee list and much more!
