IDEA, Enwave and Quest submit joint letter to Environment and Climate Change Canada

On February 11, 2019, IDEA, Enwave and Quest submitted a joint letter recommending that thermal energy output from district energy systems should be treated as a covered sector under the Federal Government’s Output Based Pricing System (OBPS) to the Environmental Protection Branch of Environment and Climate Change Canada.
