Scott Clark has more than 31 years of diversified experience in large campus energy and power projects and is the Vice President and General Manager of Burns & McDonnell’s Dallas-Fort Worth-Raleigh-Austin offices. Previously, he was the national OnSite Energy & Power practice leader for Burns & McDonnell. Most of his experience has been with universities, hospitals and airports providing expertise in energy conservation, utility master planning, central plant design, thermal energy storage and combined heat & power projects.
Scott is currently serving on the executive committee of the International District Energy Association as Vice Chair. He has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University.
