The Lansing Board of Water and Light (BWL) oversees chilled water and steam utility systems serving the Lansing community. As energy markets, technologies, and customer demands change, BWL sought a Master Plan to guide the future of these systems. Ever-Green Energy worked closely with BWL to develop a plan that could be phased, prioritizes efficiency, offers competitive rates to customers, and engages the community.
