National Lead – Gas Power Generation
Jacobs is expanding its Energy & Power Solutions team, seeking a North America Gas Power Generation Lead to drive growth in the rapidly evolving power utility market. We're looking for a professional with deep knowledge of gas turbine and/or thermal generation power plants to expand our planning, design, and owner's engineer services.
You will lead market and sales strategy, identify talent, recruit skilled professionals, and cultivate client relationships. Your focus will be on new base-loaded or firm/dispatchable power generation resources, including gas-fired simple or combined cycle power plants.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Advanced Degree.
- 10+ years in project management, design, consulting, or operations within the power generation market.
- Proven ability to oversee thermal generation projects from planning to commercial operation.
- Strong communication and client engagement skills.
Experience in consulting, design management, project management, Owner's Engineer roles, or strategic project development is highly valued. We offer hybrid, remote, or office-based positions.
