Summary

Five central chillers serving eight buildings were replaced with six new chillers that operate in parallel or in triple-series with three pipe distribution that was extended to serve 25 additional buildings where 20 local chillers and dozens of DX units were replaced by five distributed and interconnected chillers. The central plant operates 24-7 serving critical loads across the campus and calls for operation of five distributed chillers as load increases.
