Summary

Vertical flooded and condensing HX is a key to a closed steam loop system. This technology removes all typical and wasteful steam infrastructure:
- pressure reducing stations
- steam control valves
- safety relief valves
- flash tanks
- condansate pumping stations
- vacuum breakers
- multiple condensate return lines for low, medium and high pressure returns
Steam use is greatly reduced by no more losses in flash steam and efficeincy of the HX alone providing 50:1 turndown and loop stability +/- 2F
