Summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center is a growing research and clinical healthcare campus located in the heart of Dallas. Burns & McDonnell is completing the construction of a new 138kV substation that will serve the new buildings and will provide reliable, redundant, and cost efficient electrical power for the future growth. This project had many challenges – the design-build delivery approach that UTSW instituted provided the flexibility for success.
