Summary

Gardens -03 DCP is designed and built for 15,000 TR. Chillers had dedicated primary pumps for flow rate equivalent to 12.8°F; existing plant operational delta T is 9.3°F. Empower replaced existing constant speed primary pumps with variable flow Primary pumps corresponding to the actual Delta T. Pumps were selected for 2.4GPM/TR, replacing 1.875 GPM/TR pumps. The key aspects of up gradation are effective utilization of plant capacity, mitigating Low Delta T syndrome and other financial benefits.
