06-21-2018 09:45

Summary

Our Queen's University Planning School team was retained by Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) in the fall of 2017 to conduct a feasibility analysis of expanding the Capital Region's district energy system. The team conducted a multi-level government policy context analysis, a case study review, a GIS land-use analysis, and a SWOC analysis to form recommendations for PSPC's expansion objectives. Our project's findings and specific recommendations are offered in our presentation.
