Summary

The presentation will review a new District Energy System being developed for Ford Motor Company in Dearborn, MI in its entirety, providing both a technical engineering and delivery model (DBOOM) discussion from the project engineer (MEP Associates) and the DBOOM developer (DTE Energy Services), inclusive of review of the project structuring with the local utility. Attendees will learn key aspects of DBOOM development and gain exposure to components which are critical to life-cycle success.
